Client Cancellation
– Airlines and lodging establishments impose penalties for cancellations. The following cancellation fees need to be subtracted from the deposit amount to meet those penalties:
– A deposit of USD 100 per person is transferable to any other date, but it is not refundable on the cancellation day;
-10% of cancellations made more than 90 days before the start of the tour;
-20% of cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before the start of the tour; -50% of cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the start of the tour;
-80% of cancellations are made between 8 and 29 days before the start of the tour; and
-No Refunds for cancellations made between 0 and 7 days before the start of the tour.
Please take note that the non-refundable sum will be increased if the penalty costs levied by the airlines and lodging facilities are above the aforementioned percentages. The refund will be less than the bank commissions that must be paid for the money to be returned to your account.
– The hotels and airlines associated with your reservation are more likely to offer a no-penalty postponement if the tour is rescheduled as opposed to cancelled. Should a deferral without penalty be permitted, we will do everything in our power to reschedule your entire tour to the new dates in an unaltered manner. However, the lodges and airlines under the booking have the last say over whether to grant a no-penalty deferral, as per their contractual rights, they can impose fines in any case of cancellation.
